Refund Policy

Returns or Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Customers have seven (7) days after they receive their order to return their item(s):

- If shipped, the seven day count begins after the customer has received their package.

- If picked up, the seven day count begins after the customer has picked up their package.

Customers can choose one of the following options once they have decided to return their item(s):

- Select an item of less than or equal value.

- Get a store credit of the same amount that will last up to 30 days from the return date.

Several types of products are exempt from being returned. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once the customer complies with the aforementioned criterion to return their product(s), and their preferred return method is through shipment, the customer must be responsible for the cost and handling. See the Shipping section for more details on returning your products.

Refunds 

The store does not refund any items. Customers have the option to return and receive store credit for the purchase of any other products of the given amount.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: PMB 288 Calle 39 UU 1 Santa Juanita Bayamon, Puerto Rico 00956.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right
